Each Independent Adult Day Care Center has a full kitchen – we do not have to rely on cafeteria services or packaged/processed foods. We strive to avoid artificial ingredients and refined carbohydrates, while placing an emphasis on fresh fruits and vegetables and sustainably raised meats and produce. Wherever possible, we use locally sourced ingredients.

Meal plans have been developed in conjunction with a dietician in order to ensure they supply total caloric needs, appropriate Fat/Carb/Protein ratios, and adequate micro-nutrients. Our menus change frequently and incorporate guest suggestions. We offer specialized meals for guests with dietary issues and health needs e.g. high blood pressure, diabetes and food allergies.
