Lisa Chubb

vice president

Lisa Chubb is our Vice President, working with our medical staff to ensure that our guests will receive the best medical care possible.

Lisa believes that nursing is a calling and had started her path to healthcare when she was 12 years old, volunteering in a local hospital.  Lisa believes that anyone regardless of their position in health care, can make a difference.  Lisa leads her team through a transformational leadership approach.  She believes that communication is of highest importance.

The bulk of her career has been in the long term care setting, although she has worked in acute care, case management, reimbursement, long-term acute care, and with many other patient populations.  Most recently Lisa has served in the Associate Vice President role for Assessment Support role.  Lisa loves the fact that she can not only make a difference in the lives of our guests, but that she can make a difference for her staff as well.  Lisa knows that she can change the direction of the center just by communicating a vision and leading the team to greatness.  An extraordinary part of Lisa’s career was leading a new company’s facility from start up to a five-star status within only 2 short years, all while maintaining excellent customer and staff satisfaction ratings, and the very best clinical outcomes!

Lisa comes to us with many certificates of expertise in the field of nursing and leadership.  She is wound care certified, with a proven track record of excellence in the wound care field.  Lisa also has several certifications in case management and reimbursement as well.  She was awarded a national nursing scholarship from the professional nursing organization AANAC for the difference she’s made in nursing thus far in her career, and continues to make on a daily basis.  She was inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing during with her bachelor’s degree completion for extraordinary academic outcomes.

Lisa holds a Master’s degree in nursing administration from Capella University.  She plans to pursue her Doctor of Nursing practice degree at a later date.  “Making a difference on any level means more than anything to me, and I plan to do this for each guest that I am able to touch through my clinical leadership.  The more knowledge and experience that I am able to obtain, the more I can make a difference in the lives of the guests and staff that I serve.  It is my pleasure to make your experience with us the best it can be.”

Ryan Skinner

executive director, south indianapolis location

Ryan Skinner was born and raised on a farm just south of Columbus, OH.  He went to The Ohio State University where he received a degree in Political Science in 2006.  While there, he began working in various service departments at a Continuing Care Retirement Community.

In the time spent there and interactions with the residents and staff, he realized that health care was the path he wanted to take.  In 2007 he received his Ohio Nursing Home Administrator’s license and made the move to Indiana where he received his Indiana Health Facility Administrator’s license in 2009.  After managing a medical adult daycare center for 8 years he decided to make a change and become an administrator for a local personal service agency.  Shortly thereafter he was presented the opportunity to return to adult daycare, which is his true passion.

In his free time, he enjoys trail running and watching Buckeye sports.  His biggest accomplishments were running from the South Rim of the Grand Canyon to the North Rim and climbing Long’s Peak in Colorado.
